UUSCM "Envoy"
Helps us promote UUSCM everywhere at GA as they participate in events, meetings, programming and socializing. Uses UUSCM Zoom backgrounds, invites others to UUSCM workshops and social events, works as our "social influencers" at GA.
UUSCM Networking Zoom Meeting Roles:
Greeter. Admits people to base room. Greets them. Helps them get to the right room. Gathers contact info. Creates Breakout rooms for attendees. Talks 1 to 1 with "difficult" attendees.
Main Room Moderator. Helps everyone participate. Asks questions. Monitors chat. Boots "difficult" attendees to base room.
Breakout Moderator. Does what the "Main Room" moderator does in a breakout room.
Breakout Program Presenter. Program presenter leading Q & A or discussion in breakout room.
Attendee. Be present, engaged and interact with other attendees (help start the conversations!).
